ak8 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("the player," "you") and ak8 ("the platform," "we," "us"). They govern all use of the ak8 website, mobile applications, and any related services offered through the platform.

ak8 operates as an online gaming and entertainment platform. These Terms are intended to be fair, clear, and consistent. Where a specific game, event, or promotion has its own supplementary rules, those rules apply alongside — not instead of — these general Terms.

All content and services on ak8 are provided in English. The platform is designed for and directed at players located in the Philippines.

To register and use ak8, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register applicable to your account.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of any entity associated with the operation of ak8.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Age and identity are verified through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process during registration. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Each player may hold only one account on ak8. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, identity document, mobile number, or payment method — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ak8 reserves the right to close all but the original verified account and review any associated transactions.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Ensuring that your registered contact details remain accurate and up to date.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact ak8 support immediately. OTP verification is in place on all sensitive account actions to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.

All financial transactions on ak8 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied at any point on the platform. Accepted deposit methods include Philippine bank transfers, online and mobile banking, and supported local e-wallets where available.

Deposits: Funds are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment processor. Deposit processing times vary by payment method. ak8 does not charge platform-side deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification. Withdrawals are made to Philippine bank accounts or supported local payment channels. Processing times are outlined on the Deposit page. ak8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal.

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods on ak8.

The following applies to all games and betting markets on the ak8 platform — including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and eBingo:

• All bets are placed at your own risk. Outcomes are determined by the rules of the relevant game or market.
• A bet is confirmed once accepted by the platform. Confirmed bets cannot be amended or cancelled by the player after acceptance.
• In the event of a technical error affecting a game outcome, ak8 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and market. These are displayed within the game interface prior to placing a bet.
• For sports betting: markets may be suspended or removed before an event begins. In-play markets are subject to delay and may be unavailable during certain moments of live events.
• For live casino: table rules (e.g. Baccarat commission rates, Blackjack rules) are displayed within each game interface and apply to all rounds played at that table.

ak8 does not guarantee wins on any game or market. All games carry a mathematical house edge. Slot games display their published RTP (Return to Player) percentage in the game information panel.

Promotional offers made available through ak8 are subject to their own specific terms in addition to these general Terms. When a promotion is available, its specific conditions — including eligibility, applicable games, and any wagering requirements — will be communicated alongside the offer.

General rules that apply to all promotions on ak8:

• Promotions are available to eligible, verified players only.
• Each player may only claim a specific promotion once unless otherwise stated.
• ak8 reserves the right to withdraw or modify a promotional offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent promotional terms — including through the use of multiple accounts — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• Promotional funds that do not meet stated wagering requirements before a withdrawal request is submitted may be removed from the withdrawable balance at ak8's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ak8:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with or gain advantage on the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data belonging to other players or to ak8.
• Using the platform if you know yourself to be in violation of the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.

Violations of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where applicable.

ak8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Fraudulent activity or suspected involvement in money laundering.
• Provision of false information during registration or verification.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (players will be notified before any funds are affected).

Where an account is closed by ak8 due to a Terms violation, any balance held may be forfeited. Where closure is for reasons other than a breach — such as player-initiated self-exclusion — the remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after necessary checks.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting ak8 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during any cooling-off period selected by the player.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, ak8's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the value of your current account balance at the time any claim arises. ak8 is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from technical errors, communication failures, or internet outages outside our control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Decisions or outcomes resulting from your own betting or gaming choices.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

ak8 may update or revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified via the contact details on their account before the updated terms take effect. The date at the top of this page reflects when the current version was last updated.

Continued use of the ak8 platform after updated Terms have come into effect constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
